About the Role:
As a Field Brand Manager, you will be part of a high-performing cross-functional team and report to the Commercial Lead for Scandinavia. This role involves executing brand strategies and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic account management to execute brand strategies and fulfill business potential. Ensure sales and business growth through tactical planning and follow-up with healthcare professionals. Capture customer insights to navigate strategies and tactics. Develop marketing initiatives to implement brand strategies and customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Broad-based business-oriented understanding of sales and marketing with strong business acumen. Proven track record of successful sales in a hospital setting. Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Project management experience and coordination skills are essential.
