About the Role

As a key member of our In-Field Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful development of our brands within the Oncology segment. Reporting to the Commercial Lead for Scandinavia, you will be responsible for tactical execution built on the Solid Tumor brand strategy.

You will gather market insights and customer experience to ensure that the In-Field Team can focus and deliver on customer- and patient-centric strategies and tactics. Navigate the matrix to ensure appropriate shared goals and KPI's are set in the In-Field Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tactical Execution:
    • Lead the cross-functional team in executing brand strategies and fulfilling business potential.
    • Ensure sales and business potential through strategic planning and follow-up with HCPs.
    • Capture customer insights to inform strategies and tactics.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Ensure communication from IFT to BT to navigate BT strategies.
    • Share customer insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Set the framework and lead the collaboration in the IFT.
    • Navigate the matrix to ensure appropriate shared goals and KPIs are set.
  • Making a Difference:
    • Develop marketing initiatives to ensure implementation of BT strategies and customer needs.
    • Buiding on challenger and developing local campaigns and materials.
