Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a diverse team of six, setting clear objectives and performance incentives.
  • Identify and seize new revenue opportunities, exceed sales targets, and develop sales strategies.
  • Manage our merchant portfolio, defining and executing strategies to improve merchant coverage and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and ensure alignment in delivering post-sale services.
  • Negotiate deals focused on revenue growth, product adoption, and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial leadership roles - a minimum of 3+ years of in sales management in relevant industries.
  • Experience in Payments Industry and Merchants/Partners Management is considered advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, build sales plans, and consistently hit KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
