Job Role
As a Google Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple regions. Your primary goal will be to drive results through data analysis, bid optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. To achieve this, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices within advertising and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping) across multiple regions: Europe, APAC, MEA, and Australia
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize bids, and improve overall results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives and business goals
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices within advertising and social media marketing
• Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have around 2 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) targeting multiple regions (EU, APAC, MEA, AUS). You should be fluent in English, have a data-driven mindset, and be able to interpret campaign performance metrics. Experience with TikTok Ads and Smartly is considered a plus.
