About the role

The role involves supporting customers via all inbound contact channels: phone, chat, and email. You will resolve customer errands, which can be anything from technical support to questions about an ongoing loan application. You will take full ownership of the customer's onboarding process and sales funnel, driving customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer errands via phone, chat, and email.
  • Take full ownership of the resolution and the customer-facing contact.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within and outside the team to drive improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products.
  • Proven capabilities in high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong sense of ownership & detail orientation.
  • Curiosity and a will to constantly want to improve.
  • Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in English, as it's our primary business language.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stockholm. We are reviewing applications on a rolling basis.
