Strategic Business Development Executive

We are looking for a skilled business development executive to join our team in Stockholm and drive revenue growth through strategic client partnerships.
This role involves identifying, managing, and growing relationships with new potential clients in the enterprise segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Swedish market and be able to build and maintain effective relationships with key decision-makers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Selling our core offerings: tech team extensions, complete software projects, and team upskilling workshops.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in selling IT consultancy services, a strong personal network, and a willingness to leverage it for sales success. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
