Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Associate to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable customer experiences, driving sales growth, and embodying the essence of our luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  3. Collaborate with the team to achieve high levels of sales and service, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
  4. Reflect the Georg Jensen brand values and standards in all interactions with customers.
  5. Perform administrative tasks to support the sales team.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum one year of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the luxury industry.
  2. Proficiency in Swedish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
