About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Manager to join our Product Support team at Berg Propulsion.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-oriented leader with a passion for developing individuals, teams, and processes in the marine industry.

The successful candidate will have relevant previous experience in managing sales activities and teams in an international after-sales organization, as well as strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Sales Support team within the Product Support area, ensuring successful delivery of after-sales services, spare parts, and customer support initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive support to drive customer satisfaction.
