  • Ensure risk and compliance frameworks are aligned with Group policies and external regulations.
  • Drive implementation and monitoring of Ingka Business Risk & Compliance framework and practices.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to identify and address risks with relevant controls.
  • Foster a risk-aware culture and promote a performance mindset.
