HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Inriver. As a culture shaper, strategic thinker, and people whisperer, you will empower teams, create an awesome work environment, and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Coach and advise managers on different HR related matters, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze HR metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving data-driven decision making.
  • Drive various HR projects, focusing on process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining a positive employee experience.
  • Implement effective performance management practices, promoting employee growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent education, with a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
  • 7+ years of relevant HR experience in a high-performing international environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR data and drive meaningful insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to leverage technology to drive HR excellence.
  • Proficiency in both Business English and Swedish is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Able to work at the office at least 3 days per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
