Eletive Business Partner

As part of our Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers achieve their goals through Eletive. Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through onboarding and ensure they maximize the value of our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, advocating for their needs and providing feedback to internal teams.
- Conduct regular health checks and strategic planning to evaluate progress and offer recommendations.
- Partner with Product and Account Management teams to align on customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, service-minded attitude, and passion for developing meaningful customer relationships.
