Your role as a Customer Support Specialist will play a key part in delivering outstanding service and support to our customers and business partners. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by efficiently handling sales orders from booking to delivery.
You will proactively manage orders, collaborating with internal teams to provide clear solutions and maintain strong customer relationships. Additionally, you will oversee accurate invoicing and delivery approval documentation, always striving to exceed customer expectations.
