The Position

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Professional with a focus on Enterprise customers to join our Lifecycle Marketing team. In this role, you will design and execute marketing automation strategies aimed at nurturing high-value accounts, driving usage, adoption, and expansion. You'll be instrumental in aligning marketing automation strategies with marketing, sales, and product teams, creating seamless customer journeys.

This is a highly collaborative position with significant impact on Mentimeter's enterprise growth, working at the intersection of product-led growth and account-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Account Journeys: Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to design automated communication programs aligned with our enterprise strategy, guiding enterprise accounts through the customer journey.
  • Campaigns and Automated Communication Programs: Develop personalized campaigns and communication programs—focusing on email, in-app messaging, and other channels—to engage and convert enterprise accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent, personalized communication strategies across the user and customer journey.
  • Lead Activation: Leverage user behavior data to identify high-value touchpoints and create tailored engagement communications to drive customer journey conversions.
  • Optimization and Experimentation: Use A/B testing and data analysis to refine workflows, improve engagement, and increase conversions within enterprise accounts.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate tracking, data hygiene, and trigger setup, bridging marketing automation workflows between Braze and Salesforce.

This role reports to our Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

Requirements
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement roles, ideally within SaaS.
  • You have expertise with marketing automation platforms, such as Braze. Experience with Hubspot, Iterable is also valuable. Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Looker).
  • You excel in designing and optimizing campaigns and communication programs for enterprise accounts, with familiarity in lead nurturing and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • You are data-driven, with strong skills in analyzing results, measuring campaign effectiveness, and using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • A strong collaborator, you have proven experience working with sales and marketing teams to align automation strategies and enhance account journeys.
  • You are skilled in driving, participating in, and contributing to cross-functional projects related to user and customer journeys.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, demonstrating proactivity, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • You understand product-led growth models and have a solid grasp of enterprise customer journeys.
