About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Index Sales Professional to support our business development efforts across the Nordic markets for our suite of STOXX and DAX index solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling index-based solutions and products to institutional clients, as well as an interest in all aspects of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics along with a strong financial background and demonstrated sales experience.

  2. Achieve revenue and renewal goals by identifying and closing index sales opportunities with existing clients and prospects.
  3. Grow ISS-STOXX market share, recognition and perception within the investment management and asset owner community.
  4. Cultivate relationships with Asset Owners and Consultants.
  5. Continuously assess index-based market opportunities, define and update a sales plan for territory and discuss with management.
  6. Ensure detailed sales and renewal reporting and forecasting.
  7. Work closely with ISS BDR and Marketing managers to define products, services, and marketing plans.
  8. Build and maintain relationships amongst existing clients and prospects.
  9. Record all client and prospect contacts and all meeting and telephone activity information into firm's CRM system.
  10. Share relevant industry and opportunity information across the sales group and with other departments.
