About the Role
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand Grönska's presence starting in Sweden and scaling internationally.
  2. Identify and build relationships with potential distributors, corporate clients, and key partners.
  3. Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and managing partnerships.
  4. Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with customer needs.
  5. Be hands-on - whether it's making cold calls, meeting clients, or setting up sales processes from scratch.
  6. Grow the sales team over time as we scale.
