About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team in Avesta, Torshälla & Degerfors. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site IT support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, and contributing to the development of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site IT support to employees, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment and systems.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
  • Contribute to the development of our IT services, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of new systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services with business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our IT services remain competitive and effective.
Requirements
  • Relevant higher education in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure support, maintenance, and development.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
