About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onboard Site Supervisor to join our team in Helsingborg. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation and commissioning of our signalling system ETCS in Sweden.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict respect of EHS rules in the workshop for Alstom and its supplier.
  • Supervise and validate execution for one or several workshops, including partners and subcontractors.
  • Ensure quality and time delivery of installation and commissioning work and reports.
  • Interface the customer and manage teams consisting of installation subcontractors and commissioning staff.
  • Monitor activity and costs to the Project Field Operation Manager and implement strict cost control.

About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. As a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with significant background experience in team management and material management, you will be responsible for managing resources, planning, and implementing projects.
