About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboard Site Supervisor to join our team in Malmö, Sweden. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation and commissioning of the ETCS signalling system on over 230 trains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure strict adherence to EHS rules and regulations in the workshop.
  • Supervise and validate execution of installation and commissioning work, including coordination with partners and subcontractors.
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of installation and commissioning work, and provide regular reports.
  • Interface with the customer and ensure effective communication between the execution team and the project team.
  • Organize and manage teams of installation subcontractors and commissioning staff.
About You

We are looking for a mechanical or electrical engineer with significant experience in team management and material management. You should have excellent planning skills and be able to manage resources effectively. Relevant work experience in the railway industry is preferred, but not essential. Good language skills in English are required, and proficiency in Swedish is an asset.
