**Job Summary**

Alstom Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to lead the installation and commissioning of onboard systems for our trains. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, managing teams, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and validate the execution of installation and commissioning work in workshops, ensuring strict adherence to EHS rules and Alstom's Zero Deviation Policy.
  • Manage and coordinate teams of installation subcontractors and commissioning staff, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
  • Interface with customers, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring strict cost control of installation and commissioning activities.
  • Manage the return of experience, lifting feedback from the field to other Alstom project managers.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with significant background experience in team management and material management.
  • Resource management expertise.
  • Relevant work experience in the Railway industry is preferred.
  • Good language skills in English; proficiency in Swedish is an asset.
