About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboard Site Supervisor to join our team in Helsingborg. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation and commissioning of the ETCS signalling system on over 230 trains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure strict adherence to EHS rules and regulations in the workshop.
  • Supervise and validate execution of installation and commissioning work in multiple workshops.
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of installation and commissioning work, including reporting and cost control.
  • Interface with the customer and ensure effective communication between the execution team and the project team.
  • Organize and manage teams of installation subcontractors and commissioning staff.
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. As a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with significant background experience in team management and material management, you will be responsible for managing resources, planning, and implementing strict cost control of installation and commissioning.

Relevant work experience in the Railway industry is preferred, and good language skills in English are essential. Knowledge of Swedish is an asset.
