Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the gaming industry.
  • Work closely with marketing, PR, social media, and community teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute successful end-to-end influencer campaigns for clients using our marketplace.
  • Educate and support customers at key points in their journey, acting as a strategist and mentor to remove barriers to success.
  • Create and monitor metrics to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Interface with the customer-facing team to guide product decisions and priorities based on customer feedback.
  • Establish trust and rapport with customers through regular communication and issue resolution.
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in web-based products or services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot and ability to analyze data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for the gaming industry.
  • Detailed-oriented problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
