About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our skilled team. As an Account Manager for our system solutions, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients, and exploring solutions to the customer's challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Meet, develop, and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to meet client needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong and long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Tender cost calculation, handle scope and deviations from customer specifications, and full responsibility from start to finish.
  • Delivery and Budget Management: Be responsible for the project with focus on the delivery time and budget.
  • Representing the Company: Always represent and act in accordance with ABB's values.

Requirements

  • Technical Education and Experience: To thrive in this role, we believe that you have a technical education combined with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Personal Drive and Persistence: You possess strong personal drive and are persistent in working towards common targets.
  • Commercial Business Experience: Experience in commercial business deals.
  • Communication and People Skills: Excellent communication and people skills are key for success in this role.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Language Skills: As we are a global company, you are fluent in Swedish and English. Other language skills are a merit.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel.
