Job Summary:
The position involves managing financial and accounting duties related to IS/IT services in Sweden. This includes global IS services allocations to business, country IS services costs, and total IS cost reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Manage the monthly closing process to strict deadlines, including reconciliation and IS cost reporting.
- IS/IT Cost Allocation: Allocate IS/IT costs to local business areas.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Lead the financial planning and analysis regarding country IS/IT budget and forecast preparations, with a budget turnaround of 55 MUSD.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant SOX-controls.
- Day-to-Day Tasks: Perform day-to-day tasks within the area of responsibility, including follow-up on time recording, invoice handling, ad-hoc reporting, IS assets handling, and IS investment proposals.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve processes and procedures within the area of responsibility.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reporting and communication to management as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong financial and accounting skills, as well as experience in managing IS/IT services. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular reporting and updates.
