
Customer Acquisition Executive

Liberis offers a unique opportunity for Sales Executives to drive sales volumes, assist business owners in accessing our funding solution, and develop their careers in a fun, energetic, and collaborative environment. As a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, you will convert warm leads into customers, handle objections and challenges with positivity and resilience, and meet or exceed KPI targets.
You will work closely with our established sales approach, collaborate with various departments, and demonstrate Liberis values: open, interested, proactive, and bright. To succeed in this role, you will need some previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, fluency in Finnish and English languages, and the ability to work independently with minimum direct supervision.
We are looking for someone who is driven, proactive, and able to influence and think creatively to overcome challenging customer expectations. If you are a people person with excellent listening skills, great self-management, and a natural ability to build strong relationships, we would love to hear from you.
