We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Linux systems engineer to join our team at Vipas AB.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining complex Linux systems, with a strong focus on safety and responsibility.

This role requires a high level of technical proficiency, including experience with Red Hat Linux, Ansible, and network solutions.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of Linux systems

  • Ansible deployment and building of Linux installation media
  • Management of larger network solutions and IP planning
  • IT security, including firewall configuration and security policies
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Operations Technician
  • Solid experience with Linux systems, especially Red Hat
  • Experience with Linux services and knowledge of Ansible
  • Familiarity with larger network solutions and IP planning
  • Competence in IT security, including firewall configuration and security policies
  • Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written
