Business Development Director, Stockholm

KONE is seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join the Europe Finance team as an Area Business Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial support to the Service Business Line in Europe. This role involves analyzing results and forecasts, defining action plans, and ensuring compliance with Group policies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Job training programs to develop skills and knowledge of KONE's business lines.
- Analyze results and forecasts for Business Line management and work together with the Europe Service team to define, implement and follow up action plans in the countries.
- Act as a key contributor in defining the long-term strategy and the budget targets, always aiming to improve the Business Line profitability.
- Ensure KONE Group's predefined processes are followed, and all financial statements are accurate and produced in compliance with Group policies.
- Build a strong network within Europe and with other Areas and Global functions to ensure best practices are implemented in all European countries.
- Responsible for building a strong Service Business Controlling community in Europe and taking Business partnering to the next level.
