About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Account Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our partner sales channel in Sweden, working closely with our partners to ensure common success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and develop our partner portfolio to ensure sales performance and growth
  • Strategic partner planning, including attractive marketing offerings and activities, together with our partners
  • Hunt for new partners, present our partner offering, sign up new partners, and get them up and running
  • Work closely with stakeholders and other business units internally to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure the end-to-end delivery of business initiatives and increase the partners' overall satisfaction
  • Follow established sales processes, document sales activities, and ensure proper reporting
  • Manage a work plan for your own work, executing activities to achieve results
Requirements
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills and an analytical mindset, creating long-lasting and strategic relationships
  • KPI-driven mentality with a high level of personal accountability
  • Structured approach to work, focused and effective even in changing environments
  • Curious team player, seeking opportunities to contribute
  • Positive approach, eager to develop in daily work
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a Partner Account Management or Key Account Management role
  • Experience/understanding of working in an established partner program
  • Full working proficiency in Norwegian and English is a requirement
  • Master of the Microsoft Office package, excellent in Excel
  • Previous experience from the Finance, IT, or Telecom industry is an advantage
  • Previous experience from a large matrix organization is also an advantage
