About the Role

The Business Development Representative Nordics role at Yopeso Romania SRL is a strategic sales position that requires a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends. This position plays a pivotal role in driving growth by nurturing existing relationships and leveraging personal networks to identify new business opportunities within the outsourcing and nearshoring sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and Expand Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities: Leverage personal networks and industry connections to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Understand Client Needs: Stay informed about client requirements and offer tailored solutions and support.
  • Stay Informed about Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service offerings.
  • Generate and Analyze Sales Reports: Create and analyze sales reports to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Drive Strategic Content Creation: Develop and implement strategic content creation to match sales expansion.
Required Experience and Skills
  • Demonstrated Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, specifically in the IT sector.
  • Familiarity with Engineering Services: Understanding of engineering services and technical project requirements.
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to Build Rapport: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and market trends.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.
  • Full Sales Cycle Experience: Experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, and 5+ years of relevant software sales experience.
  • Industry-Specific Certifications: Understanding of the business sales process and industry-specific certifications.
  • Availability for Travel: Availability for occasional travel as needed.
