About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Lynk & Co International AB. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a financial advisor to dedicated departments, providing expert guidance on financial matters.
  • Plan and follow up on all quality-related items, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Develop business cases for the sale of intra-group consultancy services, analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing for assigned areas, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and enhance internal financial reports/presentations, contributing to monthly reporting for our owners.
  • Support the respective Market Area Head to achieve operational KPIs, providing financial insights to inform business strategy.
  • Analyze business performance across various countries and departments in Europe, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong financial knowledge, with solid experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • Previous experience in automotive & engineering subjects, with a deep understanding of financial concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  • Experienced in Power BI, Microsoft Excel & Power Point, with a strong proficiency in data analysis.
  • Experienced user of SAP or similar systems, with a solid understanding of financial software.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
