About This Role

  • Lead a talented team in an exciting and fast-paced industry.
  • Review current processes and solutions, identifying areas for change to optimize performance, scalability, and incident response.
  • Act as a bridge between engineering teams and technical operations, ensuring effective communication, knowledge sharing, and alignment on priorities.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Significant experience in B2C SaaS operations with a large user base, preferably in live service environments.
  • Deep knowledge of DevOps, SRE, observability, and live operations best practices.
  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (a plus).
  • Experience with stakeholder management in a demanding environment.
