Nu söker vi enDeputy Chief Operating Officer (DCOO)som vill vara med och leda den operativa verksamheten, säkerställa högsta flygsäkerhet och bidra till vår fortsatta expansion.

Din roll i vårt team:

SomDCOOhar du en central roll i att leda, utveckla och följa upp ACR:s operativa verksamhet med fokus på flygsäkerhet, funktionella system och regelverk. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden inkluderar:

  • Operativ ledning – Leda och styra det operativa arbetet vid våra ATS-enheter i nära samverkan med CO ATS och andra funktioner.
  • Flygsäkerhet och kvalitetsarbete – Utveckla ACR:s flygsäkerhetskultur och operativa verksamhet så att ständiga förbättringar kan uppnås.
  • Funktionella system – Ansvara för det funktionella systemet för ATS och MET samt vara beställare och kravställare för utbildningsorganisationen.
  • Regelverk och myndighetskontakter – Vara kontaktperson gentemot Transportstyrelsen och andra myndigheter i operativa frågor. Säkerställa efterlevnad av gällande regelverk inom den operativa verksamheten.
  • Strategisk utveckling – Delta i omvärldsbevakning och utveckling av processer för att stärka ACR:s konkurrenskraft.
  • Personalutveckling – Ha en ledande roll i att utveckla personal inom operativ verksamhet.
  • Ledningsgrupp – Ingå i ACR:s ledningsgrupp och rapportera direkt till COO/AM.
Kvalifikationer:

För att lyckas i rollen somDCOOser vi att du har:

  • Operativ bakgrund inom flygtrafikledning, du har eller har haft behörighet som flygledare.
  • Gedigen erfarenhet av att leda komplex verksamhet inom flygtrafiktjänster.
  • Flerårig administrativ erfarenhet och vana att arbeta i en regelstyrd miljö.
  • Förmåga att tolka och tillämpa styrande regelverk inom flygtrafiktjänster.
  • God kommunikativ förmåga på både svenska och engelska, i såväl tal som skrift.
  • Erfarenhet av personalledning och att bygga starka team är meriterande.
