About the Role
The ERP Business Process Manager will play a key role in supporting the global organization in gathering, analyzing, and managing business requirements and translating them into implementation specifications for small enhancements or big projects. This position will work closely with business stakeholders to develop, improve, and maintain business processes and bridge the gap between the technical environment (SAP) and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and Drive ERP Process Solutions: Develop and implement process solutions, including documentation and harmonization of processes between multiple country ERP sites.
- Align Process Solutions with Stakeholders: Collaborate with process owners and management to collect, evaluate, and prioritize user and business requirements.
- Understand Business Processes and Apply Knowledge: Apply in-depth knowledge of related business processes to shape and align solution/service building and deliver activities.
- Partner with Stakeholders to Qualify and Prioritize Demand: Work with stakeholders to qualify and prioritize demand, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Recommend Delivery of Business Processes/Projects: Recommend delivery of business processes/projects, supporting IS systems/projects, resulting in improved efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and/or operational functionality.
- Provide Guidance and Support to Temporary Work Teams: Provide guidance and support to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice on solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3-5 years of working experience within relevant area.
- Mandatory knowledge within SAP SD and MM module mainly, but also experience in PP and QM modules.
- Mandatory experience of Business Connections between applications (e.g. API, Biz Talk, MuleSoft etc.).
- Project management skills.
- Actively driving roadmaps and the related projects and maintenance tasks.
- Experience with managing virtual teams, drive projects, understanding of demands of large and globally distributed organizations.
- Fluent skills in writing and doing discussions in English.
