
Regional Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Managing Director to spearhead the strategy and growth of our Nordic region, driving sustainable profit expansion.
Main Accountabilities:- Financial management of the regional P&L, overseeing allocated resources and team performance.
- Promoting our Lighting Brands in the market to increase market share.
- Achieving sales and profit targets while maximizing long-term growth.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and team members in the region.
- Liaising with key customers and major projects within the region.
- Facilitating international collaboration between business functions and customers.
- Closely coordinating with the VP Sales for the Region to implement the global ZG sales strategy.
- Supporting and communicating company decisions, taking ownership of implementation.
- Leading, developing, appraising, and inspiring the management team.
- Ensuring consistent performance and talent development among direct and indirect reports.
- Demonstrable track record of business growth through sales and profits.
- Strong senior leadership skills, focusing on people and culture.
- Clear experience within the lighting industry or similar, with extensive Nordic market knowledge.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Experience in Change Management, with the ability to drive change.
- Based in Stockholm or surrounding areas, with regular national and international travel.
