Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Managing Director to spearhead the strategy and growth of our Nordic region, driving sustainable profit expansion.

Main Accountabilities:
  1. Financial management of the regional P&L, overseeing allocated resources and team performance.
  2. Promoting our Lighting Brands in the market to increase market share.
  3. Achieving sales and profit targets while maximizing long-term growth.
  4. Maintaining strong relationships with customers and team members in the region.
  5. Liaising with key customers and major projects within the region.
  6. Facilitating international collaboration between business functions and customers.
  7. Closely coordinating with the VP Sales for the Region to implement the global ZG sales strategy.
  8. Supporting and communicating company decisions, taking ownership of implementation.
  9. Leading, developing, appraising, and inspiring the management team.
  10. Ensuring consistent performance and talent development among direct and indirect reports.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Demonstrable track record of business growth through sales and profits.
  2. Strong senior leadership skills, focusing on people and culture.
  3. Clear experience within the lighting industry or similar, with extensive Nordic market knowledge.
  4. Fluency in Swedish and English.
  5. Experience in Change Management, with the ability to drive change.
  6. Based in Stockholm or surrounding areas, with regular national and international travel.
