Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced VP of Strategic Accounts to join our team. As a key member of our sales division, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our sales efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth by aligning company resources with market opportunities and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Sales Leadership: Maximize and strengthen Promon's long- and short-term strategic sales efforts.
- Account Development: Identify and pursue strategic customers, target key geographic areas, and develop a comprehensive sales strategy in collaboration with the executive team.
- Sales Process Improvement: Oversee the execution of the sales strategy, identify new business opportunities, and expand the company's presence in the enterprise market.
- Sales Team Management: Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and ethical sales culture, drive sales process improvements, and support executive decision-making with commercially focused input.
- Industry Experience: Proven track record of success in strategic sales or business development roles, preferably in software sales and/or IT security.
- Leadership Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights, and experience with large, complex global accounts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent experience being an advantage.
