Drive Sales Growth with Calabrio

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth with existing and new customers in the Nordic region. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales quotas for software and services, while also developing and leading sales activities for the sale of Calabrio products and additional applications within the existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for achieving associated territory sales quotas: software and services.
  • Uncover, develop, and lead all sales activities for the sale of Calabrio products, additional applications, and renewed maintenance within the existing customer base.
  • Continually build a strong sales pipeline of well-qualified revenue opportunities.
  • Identify key stakeholders, build, and develop strong relationships with them, fostering a high level of trust.
  • Effectively manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Exhibit strong strategic thinking, initiative, and high activity level.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of B2B direct sales in software and/or services industry.
  • Direct sales experience in the WFO/Call Center industry is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
  • Ability to travel primarily in the Nordic countries up to 40%.
