The Cloud People is a Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner that is growing rapidly in Europe, US and Brazil.

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Norway (Oslo) and Sweden (Stockholm).

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Collect, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
    • Map and understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Define clear and measurable requirements that the development team can use as a foundation for development.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Create process flowcharts and other documents that illustrate how new systems or processes will function.
  • Solution Design and Validation:
    • Collaborate with the development team to develop solutions that meet business requirements.
    • Perform testing and validate that the solution works as expected and meets business objectives.
    • Manage changes in the project and update requirement documentation as necessary.
    • Conduct system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
    • Ensure that all parties have a common understanding of the requirements and solutions.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare reports, test plans and documentation describing processes, requirements, solutions, and changes.
    • Monitor project progress and ensure that solutions are implemented as planned.
    Requirements
    • 3+ years of business analysis experience or a related field
    • Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
    • Prior working knowledge of ServiceNow
    • Experience with Agile
    • Fluent English and Norwegian or Swedish
    • Ability to understand business processes and their definitions
    • Solid problem solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
    • Client-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills
