Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Strategy:
    • Provide strategic leadership to the aviation teams, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
    • Develop and execute strategies to capitalize on the rapid growth of the Nordic region's aviation sector.
  2. Team Management:
    • Oversee daily operations of aviation teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Conduct regular performance assessments, provide feedback, and implement development plans for team members.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with airline partners, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
    • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new partnerships and maintain existing ones.
  4. Market Expansion:
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion within the Nordic region.
    • Evaluate potential partnerships and collaborations to enhance our presence in the aviation industry.
  5. Performance Analysis:
    • Analyze performance metrics, reports, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize team efficiency and achieve key performance indicators.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving organizational objectives.
    • Represent us in industry events and conferences to strengthen our position in the Nordic aviation market.
