Job Description

At Infotree Global Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Specialist to join our cross-functional scrum team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the translation of requirements into sub-system requirements related to packaging, defining and executing a robust validation strategy, and driving root cause investigations on packaging performance and functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Packaging Requirements: Collaborate with the team to translate requirements into sub-system requirements related to packaging, ensuring seamless integration with our product development process.
  • Validation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive validation strategy for packaging, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Root Cause Investigations: Drive root cause investigations on packaging performance and functionality, identifying and implementing corrective actions to ensure optimal product quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Coordinate and execute packaging activities according to existing procedures, standards, and methods, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
  • Academic Background: Hold an academic degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
  • Industry Experience: Have experience in the packaging industry, with knowledge of packaging materials, food package interaction, and statistics.
Preferred Skills
  • Product Development Experience: Past experience in the product development process in the packaging area.
  • Technical Test Methodologies: Experience in technical test methodologies in primary and secondary packaging, including openings and closures.
  • Physical Testing: Well-acquainted and self-sufficient in physical testing.
  • Requirement Management: Knowledge of requirement management procedures and risk assessment.
