About the Role:
AFNORD is looking for a skilled Site Cost Controller to contribute to a major industrial project. As a Project Cost Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, contract compliance, and cost efficiency while working on AFNORD's client project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review & approve contractor payment applications
- Supervise & coordinate the Quantity Surveyor team
- Manage cost forecasting, variance analysis & financial planning
- Assess contract cost impacts of change requests
- Ensure compliance with project terms
- Track BoQs & identify potential cost discrepancies
- Provide detailed cost reporting to stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with cost management tools & ERP systems
- Financial forecasting & risk mitigation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
