You will be a part of Alimak Group Sweden, a world leading provider of vertical access solutions for professional use. The program lasts for 9 months and combines hands-on experience with tailored training and mentorship.

Job Summary
About the Program

As a Graduate trainee, you will:

• Rotate between different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations.

• Lead your own projects and contribute to strategic initiatives with a real impact on the company.

• Participate in training sessions and workshops in areas such as leadership, business development, and innovation.

• Have a personal mentor who will support you throughout the program and help you grow in your role.

• Build a strong network with colleagues both nationally and internationally.

After completing the program, you will continue your career with us in our factory in Skellefteå.

Requirements and Experience
Who are you?

• Hold a recently completed master's degree in science, engineering, technology, IT, economics or other relevant field(s).

• Maximum of two years of professional experience in your field of study at the start date of your traineeship

• Are analytical, proactive, and business-driven, with a strong desire of personal growth.

• Are team player but also able to take initiative and work independently.

• Proficiency in English and Swedish, both verbally and written, is mandatory.

• Ability to manage your own work and take actions in line with defined targets

• Are passionate about working with operational data-driven excellence, using insights to drive efficiency and innovation.
