To be successful in this role, you will need:
Relevant experience
At least 4 years of experience in direct sales to OEMs, with a proven track record of developing territories and handling new businesses.
Technical expertise
Experience with connectors, cable assemblies, or similar electro-mechanical devices, as well as fiber optics.
Market knowledge and network
Strong market knowledge and a relevant network of contacts within the telecom industry.
