Job Description:
As a Country Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of our recruitment strategies within your region. You will lead a talented team of Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring Ericsson meets its ambitious hiring goals while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a unique opportunity to join us and contribute to shaping a Talent Acquisition model from its very inception.

Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience managing international recruitment teams in a complex, fast-paced environment. A track record of driving team performance using data, KPIs, and analytics. Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and recruitment technologies.
• Skills: Expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external partners. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Education: A bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
• Personal Attributes: A strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute efficiently through others. A passion for developing teams and embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into hiring practices. High adaptability with strong results orientation, creativity, and resilience.
