Job Summary: As a Store Manager at PPS Food AB, Domino's Pizza, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be an enthusiastic role model and promote a respectful team environment. As a passionate leader, you will focus on the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of customer service, quality, and food hygiene are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve excellence in standard operating procedures and service standards, while managing payment systems, inventory management, stock control, and ordering systems.
  3. As a key holder and store in charge, you will be responsible for the complete operations of the store, setting an example for your team by being a hands-on manager.
  4. Support the team during busy times, ensuring the store achieves service standards in line with the company's KPIs.
  5. Recruit, train, and develop the team, including human resource management such as staff scheduling, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and annual appraisal of key staff.
  6. Manage all aspects of food hygiene and HACCP, ensuring all staff adhere to the requirements and standards laid down by the company and local authorities for food handlers.
  7. Conduct store audits and have a full understanding of the Operations Evaluation Reports (OERs) carried out by the company, implementing and maintaining high brand standards.
  8. Develop and implement marketing strategies and activities.
  9. Ensure the team actively upsells to increase the average ticket.
  10. Forecast, review, and motivate the team to meet weekly KPI targets relating to sales, food cost, labor costs, service times, and average delivery time.
  11. Regularly review customer satisfaction and complaints to identify areas of improvement to maintain a high level of customer focus within the team.

Requirements:

  1. Be flexible and able to work weekend and evening shifts, including public holidays.
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Quick Service Restaurant environment.
  3. Fluent in Swedish or English.
  4. Basic understanding of Excel.
  5. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  6. Prepared to work under pressure in this rewarding yet physically demanding role.

Employment Details:

The position is full-time (40 hours per week) with permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Salary according to the Union's collective agreement via Visita, plus a bonus system.
