Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Ensure the store runs profitably while maintaining the company's key targets, including sales, food cost, labor costs, service times, and average delivery time.
- Team Leadership: Set, implement, and train team members to achieve excellence in standard operating procedures and service standards.
- Pizza Production and Customer Service: Oversee pizza production, handle customer orders, and ensure that all staff adhere to the requirements and standards laid down by Domino's and local authorities for food handlers.
- Food Hygiene and Safety: Maintain the company's key KPI targets, including food hygiene, HACCP, and ensure that all staff follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Performance Management: Regularly review customer satisfaction, address complaints, and identify areas for improvement to maintain a high level of customer focus within the team.
- Leadership Experience: 2-year minimum experience in a leadership position in a Quick Service Restaurant environment.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in Swedish or English, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of Excel and ability to work under pressure in a physically demanding role.
- Availability: Be flexible and able to work morning shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and including red days.
- Competitive Salary: 170kr per hour + bonus system.
- Permanent Employment: 35 hours per week, with a 6-month probationary period.
