To excel as an Infrastructure Solutions Engineer, you should ideally possess experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Strong expertise as a full stack infrastructure/technology specialist with a background in MS Windows Server or Linux products.
- Proven experience in developing innovative and fully automated infrastructure/technology platforms.
- Familiarity with Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) technology.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell), along with common development concepts such as Git, CI/CD, and working with REST APIs to empower engineers and developers to utilize our services.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with DevOps teams across the organization to architect, onboard, automate, and troubleshoot infrastructure/technology.
- Knowledge in server management, monitoring, and dashboard creation in an enterprise environment.

The Infrastructure Solutions Engineer we seek should have:

- Relevant maintenance and development experience in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI).
- Proficiency in operating and utilizing Windows Server and Linux.
- A passion for automation programming.
- Alignment with IKEA's core values.
- A strong focus on teamwork and sharing experiences.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:

- Manage daily operations for HCI support.

- Participate in the development, provisioning, operation, and life-cycle management of core infrastructure solutions through automation and self-service capabilities across our global warehouses, stores, and offices.

- Ensure and review systems compliance with legislation, policies, or other requirements.

- Take responsibility for collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders throughout the IKEA Group, focusing on interdependencies with Group Digital to develop Product/Service design and technical roadmaps.

- Establish necessary dashboards for visualizing our service metrics such as usage, cost, and compliance to ensure efficiency.
