Your future role

Embrace a new opportunity to leverage your expertise in change and configuration management within a pioneering sector. Collaborate with innovative and dedicated colleagues as you take the lead in preserving the integrity of project frameworks through proficient Change & Configuration management. Your daily responsibilities will involve close collaboration with various teams across the organization, including Project Management, Engineering, and Quality Assurance, as well as issuing and monitoring action plans for Change Orders, among other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearheading the configuration and change management process in partnership with the Project Manager and Project Engineer,
  • Assessing Quality, Cost, and Delivery implications of project modifications,
  • Developing and issuing the configuration and change management strategy,
  • Ensuring all team members comprehend and adhere to the guidelines established in the Documentation Management Plans (DMP),
  • Overseeing documentation requirements from stakeholders,
  • Coordinating and managing project advancements through structured change initiatives.

About You:

  • A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline,
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices,
  • Understanding of documentation management systems and best practices,
  • Knowledge of change & configuration processes within a project context,
  • A proven ability to adapt in dynamic project environments,
  • Strong resilience and leadership capabilities to drive project success,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish.
