Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team at Tng Group AB. As a Production Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Wafer Start, Wafer EPI priority planning, and Wafer Production outsourcing schedule.
  • Review and plan wafer production, considering customer requirements, finished goods inventory, and WIP targets.
  • Update the production schedule using Oracle and MES, ensuring it is on target and flagging potential delays.
  • Oversee the release of New Products (NPI) and assess their impact on production.
Cross-Department Coordination & Issue Management
  • Liaise with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and process capacities required to meet the production schedule.
  • Ensure the Wafer Operations Department is informed of the production schedule.
  • Take ownership of any issues affecting the production schedule and manage them to a swift resolution.
Performance Improvement & Backup Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement actions to improve On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance metrics.
  • Review past performance to drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a backup for the Planning Manager.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Planner who possesses:

  • Experience in a similar role from a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction, for both internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ERP.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

It is advantageous if you possess experience of working with LEAN methodologies and good knowledge of Swedish.
