Key Responsibilities

You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts.

As a Consult Partner, you will have a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and leading your team to success.

  1. Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs and be seen as the 'go to' person and a trusted advisor by senior executives
  2. Leading C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives, deliverables and outputs of a deal engagement
Your Background

We're looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or public sector environment.

With 15+ years of experience in IT consulting and Sales, focus on application services, you'll be able to drive financial outcomes, ensure sustained growth and profitability, and manage margin expectations and backlog growth.
