About this role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Key Account Manager to join our Nordic HQ in central Stockholm and make a difference at Kraft Heinz in the Swedish retail market. You will be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level and will report to the Head of Retail.

The primary responsibility will be the delivery of sales goals, building strong customer relationships and ensuring accelerated growth by searching for new opportunities and improvements.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Managing Relationships with customers and building strong partnerships (ICA and Coop)
  2. Owning the Profit and Loss Statement for some of the largest Swedish accounts (ICA and Coop)
  3. Preparing and driving the Annual Negotiations and Operating Plan for these accounts, negotiating, and implementing promo plans
  4. Optimizing Assortment, Distribution, and Rotation including securing listings of new products to reach growth ambitions
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Away from home (foodservice)) and external partners to achieve high-reaching goals

  6. Innovating and Growing: Take the Nordics business to the next level by driving the business with a growth mindset and seizing new opportunities.

Your Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree holder (preferably in Engineering, Business or Marketing). A Master's degree will be considered as a plus.
  2. +5 years' experience in a similar/relevant position in Key Account Management, experience from Grocery/FMCG Retail is a plus.
  3. Other skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is crucial.
  4. Languages: Fluent Swedish and excellent English skills.
