Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly and quarterly billing, including issuing invoices and handling client queries.
  • Ensure complete documentation (contracts, etc.) exists to support billing in accordance with internal controls.
  • Support with general ledger bookings and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Participate in developing processes and documenting routines for accounts receivable within the Group.
  • Drive and actively participate in various finance-related reporting and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree within Economics, Accounting, or Finance.

  • Ability to self-manage, structure, and adapt to changes in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
  • Professional user of MS Excel and Office.
